Bookings and cancellations
We are an information provider on Morocco which facilitates enquiries to providers of accommodation and other services (the "Suppliers") who are featured on the website. We are not a travel agent and are not therefore party to any bookings which are made as a result of the information on our website. When you make a hotel or other booking as a result of viewing information on our website, or if you make an enquiry through our website, your booking is directly with the Supplier. All bookings for accommodation and other services are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant Supplier. We accept no liability in relation to any contractual terms you enter into with Suppliers, for any accommodation or services that you purchase from the Suppliers or for acts or omissions by any Suppliers or parties connected with them.
All Suppliers featured on our website are responsible for providing you with the terms and conditions of your booking and for arranging payment, including deposits, which are necessary.
Please note that if you cancel or amend a confirmed booking, a cancellation/amendment fee may be payable by you to the Supplier depending on the terms and conditions of your chosen Supplier's cancellation policy.
We recommend that you take out appropriate personal travel insurance at the time of booking for all members of your party. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance you purchase is adequate.
