Morocco Gateway was established in 2006 by London based Morocco fanatics, Tim and Nicola, who continue to manage and develop the website. Having thankfully left behind the days of doing everything for themselves, they are now expertly supported by a wider team including writers, web developers, marketeers, administrators and friends.

The mission of Morocco Gateway remains unchanged since 2006. Firstly, to provide the web's most detailed, independent and reliable information on a range of hotels and riads in Morocco. Secondly, to empower people to book directly contact with their hotels rather than through travel agents.

As a more established site,  we have been able to negotiate unique special offers with the hotels and riads on behalf of our users.

Starting with only five hotels in 2006, Morocco Gateway has carefully expanded its portfolio of hotels using selection criteria of facilities, location, cleanliness, condition, service and fair pricing. Additionally, the hotels and riads all demonstrate a certain individualism and style in the experience they offer their guests.

Currently Morocco Gateway profiles over 70 hotels and riads across the cities and regions of Morocco and will continue to increase this number selectively.
